Veritas Multifamily Partners is a Dallas‐based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring multifamily properties across the state of Texas and in Nashville, TN. Veritas provides a one‐stop solution for improving property performance whether by renovating and repositioning an existing property or by improving the operating performance of a distressed property. We focus exclusively on multifamily real estate. The principals have 25+ years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience including direct experience in the target markets.

The Veritas team has a collective 50+ years of experience. The principals have  transacted on over $1.25 Billion in assets comprised of 8,100 multifamily units 3 Million square feet of industrial and office assets. The Veritas team has a strong track record of performance across the major Texas metropolitan markets with both private capital and institutional capital.

Our investment strategy seeks to deliver attractive risk‐adjusted returns and focuses on value‐add, distressed, core and covered land opportunities. Veritas is currently targeting assets ranging between 200 and 1,000 units.
